MARL manufactures stamped and stamped-and-bent parts from a wide range of high-quality metals and metal composites, including steel, stainless steel, copper, aluminium, titanium and Cupal.

The company utilises high-performance, CNC-controlled automatic stamping machines with press forces ranging from 250 to 1,000 kN. In conjunction with modern process monitoring systems, this ensures consistently high production quality and reduces the scrap rate to a minimum. The result is reliable components that can withstand even the most demanding operating conditions.

In addition to traditional stamped parts, MARL manufactures, amongst other things, sheet metal washers, sealing washers and rosettes in various dimensions. For further surface treatments, the company works with specialist partners to reliably meet specific requirements regarding corrosion protection, conductivity or appearance.
