Our in-house toolmaking department is a key component of our operational efficiency. It enables us to maintain maximum control over quality, speed and precision – from the initial tool concept right through to series production.

The close integration of design, toolmaking and production results in seamless solutions. Changes can be implemented at short notice, optimisations tested immediately and processes continuously improved. This saves time, reduces the need for coordination and ensures cost-effective series production.

Our experienced design engineers and toolmakers develop and manufacture bespoke stamping and forming tools for metal and plastic parts – precisely tailored to the material, production volume and requirements. Maintenance, servicing and adjustments are also carried out in-house. This enables us to ensure consistent quality and high process stability over the long term.
